I've probably posted this here already (I'm sure I have) but for anyone who's only catching this thread now, I printed a list on my blog of my film books. It hasn't been updated in ages but the bulk of my collection is here if anyone is looking for something to read - books have divided into the sections below, and each book has a link to Amazon UK/US for more info

list of film books

Hollywood, Studios and American Cinema
Japanese Cinema
Biographies Pt 1 - Directors (Hollywood, Classic Cinema)
Biographies Pt 2 - Directors (World Cinema)
Biographies Pt 3 - Directors (Cult Cinema)
Biographies Pt 4 - Actors, Producers
Cult Film Writing (Horror, Exploitation, Sci-fi)
Books about Individual films

Nice blog again Wes!

I really want this book, but I've already spent way too much lately so I'm resisting for now, probably get someone to buy me it for Christmas

Yep, it's quite a hefty tome Rik, and truely the final word on Friday the 13th but more that that, it will have you racing back to the films with fresh eyes...

I wonder if there's one for Halloween and NOES too, I know there's a Hellraiser one but that's pricey these days
