"A nice surprise for pre-orders"? Is this with a specific company or with any pre-orders from any store, like amazon? Reason I ask is that I'd forgotten to pre-order this and I'm just about to place one.

Basically we've done a limited edition of the first 5,000 individually numbered with a set of art "video nasty" postcards. When the 5,000 are gone the package will be standard with no numbering or postcard set.
