Welcome to the forum krafa!

I also like a good crime thriller and you've already listed some great titles above; here are some of my favourites:

- Assault on Precinct 13 (1976)
- The Candy Snatchers (1973)
- Le Cercle Rouge (1970)
- The Chaser (2008)
- City of God (2003)
- Les Diaboliques (1955)
- High and Low (1963)
- I Saw the Devil (2010)
- Infernal Affairs (2002)
- Leon (1994)
- M (1931)
- Mad Detective (2007)
- The Night of the Hunter (1955)
- The Penalty (1920)
- The Silence of the Lambs (1991)
- Rear Window (1954)
- Ronin (1998)
- Strangers on a Train (1951)
- Taxi Driver (1976)
- The Warriors (1976)

I tried to avoid listing a load of Film Noir (which can easily be branded as 'crime thrillers' themselves) as we have a separate thread for those here.

Never seen Charley Varrick. Noticed it's out on BD soon.

Gasp. Swoon. Pick jaw up off floor and ...

Highly Recommended.

I cannot wait for this. I love all of Matthau's 'straight' roles. A stonking tale with a cast to die for. Biased? ME??
