Tombs Of The Blind Dead is the most likeliest of those titles to make it through uncut now.

Can't see Demoniac passing uncut.

The bedroom scene about 29m where a naked woman is menaced by a man brandishing a knife. The shots of him slashing her and tracing the knife over her body would have to go.

Haven't seen the uncut Sadomania but if it shows the needle actually making contact with her body then it's unlikely to be waived today.

I got the R1 disc of Flavia ( Dont worry Almar i already own the Shameless disc + the redemption VCD ) and although its anamorphic the opening and closing credits change to 4:3 like the The Designated Victim inserts.

How come the trailer for Flavia, that I've seen on one of the other Shameless releases, is anamorphically enhanced then?

Almar@Cult Labs 13th November 2009 10:02 AM

After Flavia all the Shameless titles came as anamorphic - Flavia is one that may one day get re-released as anamorphic - all seems like a long time ago now - Shameless has come on a bit since then!

It certainly has Almar! Now we've got reversable sleeved steel case boxsets! Woo!

I've recently bought the Shameless range, and Flavia was the first one I watched (apart from the Bronx films). I came (no pun intended) for the topless nun on the cover, but I stayed for the brilliant film.

As has been said already, totally unexpected, great in so many ways. It can hold it's head up I think as a good film period, not just good in its sub-genre.
