Love silent hill games very atmospheric etc, and they stayed that way the problem I had with resident evil was imo they strayed away from original concept and slowly become a zombie shoot em up, last resident evil went back to original style. At least silent hill remain very similar with all their games.

Not played before, played some today , it's great and as you said very intense . one of the DLC seems to be influenced by lovecraft

It's hugely inspired by lovecraft, even prior to the cour of madness dlc, enjoy it though
