So have I, got loads. I’ve had santa sangre for at least 2 year I only got round to watching it last week, what I do is try watch one film a day now and if I get a film delivered then that’ll be my film of the day, it’s best way to keep my watch pile down.

Justin101 22nd March 2021 03:43 PM

More Jackie Chan for the collection!

I read a really good review of it on Letterboxd that made me really want to see it so we'll see.

I don't have the highest regard for Marvel's superhero films and have tended to prefer DC's so there is that.

I would say this feels more marvel than Dc and not in a good way. My biggest complaints are Steve Trevor was pointless and cheetah should of been so much better .

Dunno about that i'd say The Dead Zone was his first mainstream, being King n all that.

Dunno about you but my Fantasy Island would be a different matter entirely from Ricardo Montalbán and Hervé Villechaize messing about.

Valerie Leon and Madeline Smith would be there for a start off.

So fantasy orgy island then ?

nosferatu42 22nd March 2021 08:45 PM

Sounds good to me.

nosferatu42 22nd March 2021 08:48 PM

I was thinking further than that, Boris Karloff would be king, Barbara Steele queen, Cushing Mayor, and Tom Baker,Keith Moon and Oliver Reed would be organising the piss up....

nosferatu42 22nd March 2021 08:51 PM

Cronenberg, Ken Kesey and William Burroughs would be organising the medicine department and Hunter S Thompson would be writing the newspaper.
