1 Attachment(s) Couple of bargains from HMV this afternoon [emoji106] Hell Night is the limited edition. Attachment 240074 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
I noticed the other day HMV had a better blu sale than usual with a few titles from a few of the more specialist labels. Quite a few 101blu rays for £4/5.99 Sent from my SM-G780G using Tapatalk |

Liverpool only had a few titles that were reduced, they didn’t have Hell Night. |
I didn't see any of the Ltd edition releases. They had a few of the Red case ones. Project X, Tarantula, Alien Nation, FX Murder By Illusion, The Crack in the World among others. Few BFI releases too. Though nothing i was interested in on that front. |
5 Attachment(s) Uncharted from Amazon rest charity shop finds. |
3 more giant frames have arrived. Now what posters do I put up next? :scared::laugh: |

I'm afraid they're not enough to get me back. Now if we get a Sky and Lana cameo, maybe. ;) |

My local HMV (East Kilbride) only had around 7 or 8 101 titles in stock - they have them separated out into little “collectors” sections, with all the Arrow/88/Criterion/BFI etc titles there as well. They only had one Hell Night and one Pledge Night and those were the only two on sale. Must’ve been rattled by others before I got there! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Have any CultLabbers bought the Indicator limited edition Max Dog Morgan? I don’t remember even seeing it being announced, yet it’s sold out already and (from eBay photos) appear to already be in-hand! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
I can't help MF, good luck though!! Bought a few dvds, all UK. A Bout de Souffle (Breathless) Unfriended (sealed w/slipcase) Army Of The Dead (not that one) Martial Monks Of Shaolin Temple (another Hong Kong Connection release) £2. |

3 Attachment(s) Some Blu's from Poundland. Now actually selling for a pound as i think they want rid of them. However these were not in the shop the last time i looked so they must still have some in warehouses. |
David Fincher's The Game from Fopp for £9. Been £20 for ages there and there's no way I was paying that price [emoji23]. |
Noted D. Funnily enough I've got that Wonders set in the shop at the moment. |

Aye, i looked it up in Facebook and I saw the “low stock” warnings. Och, it’s one of those ones. Must’ve overlooked it at some point. No biggie. I’m more surprised that no one has posted about it on here! Can’t think of another example of a sought after limited edition going OOP and no cultlabbers having bought it! Arrived: https://images3.static-bluray.com/mo...964_medium.jpg And a giant Star Trek II poster! |
I really should give Zombieland another go. I don't know why but it did nothing for me first time round. It seemed so over hyped for what it was and seemingly received plaudits mainly for Bill Murray's elongated cameo. |
I completely agree... which is why I was so surprised I enjoyed it so much when I saw it on Stan last year! |

I was very pleasantly surprised by Zombieland: Double Tap, a film that takes what made the first one so good – the relationships, the sparky dialogue, the wickedly funny violence – and delivers more of it. The final part turns the 'zombie kill of the week element and turns it up to 11 with an outrageous sequence. The end credits are also amusing. |
2 Attachment(s) The ultimate package of the ultimate film arrived today! :woot: |
1 Attachment(s) A Charlton Heston double bill from Cex today. |
1 Attachment(s) These arrived from Music Magpie yesterday from the 4 for £8 selection. Like King Kong, I've only seen World War Z once and was willing to pay two quid to revisit it. I haven't seen The Thin Blue Line since it was originally broadcast, but do remember thinking it was a well-written and funny TV show. Never Mind the Buzzcocks was great with Mark Lamar presenting, less so with Simon Amstell, but always a source of amusement and knowledge. |
They have a copy of Earthquake in the Liverpool shop and I pick it up every time then I remember it’s got a reprinted cover and I put it back down. I wish someone would just buy it so I can stop doing it lol… |

1 Attachment(s) The Urban Legend limited edition box set just arrived from Amazon Marketplace seller Popitinthepost. Very quick, ordered it Tuesday night. Surprised to find a limited edition as it's been deleted since two months after it's initial release when the standard version came out last year. £22.95 - 4p cheaper than the standard version. Very happy. :) |
