I love Satan's Slave, Ian. One of my favourite horrors from the seventies and Norman J's best in my opinion.

It does everything you'd want of a devil worshiping Occult horror.

That original reverse art is much prettier than the art they went with on the front isn't it.

Some Cex credit purchases. Red River was £15. Long since deleted and in near mint condition with it's booklet. It's at least double that on Amazon marketplace and Ebay.

I didn't select the artwork because it's the one that was facing out when it arrived. I prefer it to the other side of the sleeve, so didn't change it.

Ah right. Everyone must prefer that side. Both sides are genuine original movie posters though.

The side on the cover when sold new gives the suggestion it's some sort of seedy exploitation western when it's not at all. See below.

A handy hint. The inlay on the limited editions goes to the top of the case whereas the standard release just looks like a well, standard Blu-ray.

Oh yeah. Hadn't spotted that. I picked up a Ltd edition copy of Vampires in CEX ages ago. No booklet surprise surprise. I was well impressed when a chance email to Indicator got me a replacement sent out. Be nice if other labels were as helpful, I'm looking at you Arrow!

New arrivals. The Big Gundown from Amazon and i also went back to Cex this morning to pick up The Fall of the Roman Empire after seeing it on the shelf yesterday, finding out it was out of print and going for double the £8 i got it for.

50p from a charity shop, I haven’t seen this version.

The dvd i'm upgrading from (The US NoShame release with booklet and multiple extras) is a massive upgrade on the Vipco release anyway. :lol:

Wish there was fopp near me, closest is Manchester 30 miles, and I dont like driving or going to Manchester at best of times, if I have to ill go by train a lot easier and less hassle.

After all my moaning about CEX I found these today :lol:

Didn’t you fancy the other 2 as well :) they get hated on but I think they’re very entertaining.

I like them they are campy fun but I don't like them enough to fork out for 4K.

Only the REAL Batman deserves that treatment :lol:

I like Batman Forever, it's decent enough while it can't hold a candle to the Burton films. Batman's Nipples and Robin is dire. One of the only films that has literally given me a headache through shear crapness.

Amazon's deliveries are all over the place again.

I ordered a couple of Blu's last night at around 9pm.

I don't have Prime. Delivery day said Sunday which was perfectly acceptable.

They are being delivered between 2.45-4.45 this afternoon.

Films turned up but one of them, the case was cracked in two places at the top of the reverse of the case.

One phone call to Amazon later and i get a full refund and told to do what i like with the damaged item.

So obviously i'm keeping it. :D

My two new Amazon arrivals and a couple i picked up in Cex yesterday. Delighted with Absolute Power as it's long been deleted on UK Blu-ray.
