Did you not use their 10% off code and get it for £9.90!?

Received this cheapo today, decided to add the original Korean poster as well because the cover is somewhat crappy.

Apparently about 50 secs was cut by the BBFC but for a cheap first viewing...

I have the same set (bought from Amazon.de) and, though I have opened it and looked through the bits inside the MediaBook (my German isn't good enough to read the booklet!), I haven't yet watched the BD to see what the HD encoding is like.

I suspect all HK bd's wil be very limited pressings since there's not really a big market for them over there so that's maybe why they just upscaled?

If your screen isn't too big they should still look fine I guess.

I remember spotting a Seventh Curse (Joy Sales) dvd for sale some time ago by bigandya?
Just checked and it's still on eBay UK.
The dvd is oop nowadays of course.

The HK Chinese Ghost Story dvd boxset seems to be oop btw but they're still available separately.

All of Kam & Ronson catalog BDs aren't upscaled. The Bruce Lee BDs are not upscaled and they have true 1080p quality.Yes, i wouldn't be suprised if half of their catalog titles are upscaled, but they have released other catalog titles that have HD quality.
