Bloody hell! Looks like TT's Night Of The Living Dead is selling like hot cakes! According to blu-ray.com, 600 of the 3000 copies sold already, and it's only been up for pre-order for 40 minutes!

Just ordered mine. Was going to wait until tomorrow. I mean, it's not like it's going to sell out overnight.

But just in a lull as the credits roll on "Queen of the Damned" and thought. What the hell, I can log in and order before the next film. Looks like that might have been a bloody good choice.



Oh, and Queen of the Damned. Nice picture. Plenty of grain where it's supposed to be. Not a startling picture but very nice. Audio seemed a little subdued in DTS HD-MASTER, but maybe that was because it was clearer and with sharper separation, rather than the DVD's DD5.1 which was all "In yer face". Musical parts seemed quieter and further back from the main soundstage. On the whole 7.5/10 where the DVD was 7/10. An improvement, but not massive.

655 copies in an hour. Only 3000 copies? Probably not, but I wouldn't like to chance it.

Robocop Trilogy for £10 from HMV, Dungeons and Dragons from Poundland, Voltron Collection 1 for £2.70 from eBay and Dr. No for 99p from Cash Converters (also bought Goldfinger from there but got it home to discover that the discs look like they've been rubbed over with sandpaper, should of checked them instore )
