I'm a big fan of Almodovar's work so I'm quite looking forward to seeing that one.

The F13 remake is more like a sequel than a remake and not too bad, Thinner is a good Stephen King adaption and yeah Zombieland is awesome!
As for the book question, I use dvd profiler to keep a record, although it's not entirely complete yet

I don't know if this is strange or not.

I know everything i have. I couldn't rhyme them off, far from it, but if i see a cover or a name is mentioned, then i always know if i own it or not.

Mean girls is ok, not brilliant, it got somewhat overrated on its release and its nowhere near as smart as it pretends to be, it got really lucky every other teen movie out around the same time was so mind numbingly bad it looked like a work of genius in comparison, instead of the charming but slightly forgettable above average flick it really is. Worth renting for sure but i'd definately watch before buying.

I really want to watch Mean Girls now!

I disagree with Kierarts though, I enjoy it on its own terms and not in comparison to lesser quality high school movies of it's time. I do think its an incredibly smartly written movie with excellent performances and great lines. Also a massive fan of Tina Fey which helps (shades of Liz Lemon in her character)

Oddly enough, the guy who plays Damian ("too gay to function?") is one of the rapists in the I Spit On Your Grave remake.

Must have been because he had such a traumatic high school life.

And one of the others is Joey from Elm St 3 and 4!
