So.You Twi-shite fans wanna know what happens in the final part?:eyebrows:

I know what happens! I got it loudly explained to me before I lost my job, apparently its a total cop out. Considering the story was weak to begin with.....

I'll admit something here, but then redeem myself (Hopefully ;))

Yes, I bought the first Twiglet film on blu-ray as a blind buy knowing nothing about the film other than it was a vampire film. Hated every second of it.

I've since offered it to my mum but she said she hadn't got a blu-ray player.

I gave her a blu-ray player and the disc. That's how bad I wanted shot of it.

Nothing to do with the player, it's the tv. Grey bars at the sides when watching 4:3 tv shows, it's a plasma tv, and its to help prevent image burn on the screen. But dvds and blu-rays have black bars because they're generated by the player and not the tv. I'll get used to it......maybe!

Stick black paper on each side of the screen! That grey would annoy me.

Doesn't matter. I just realised the film is actually called Wings and I bought the US Blu-ray from all your music at eBay for £15.28.

The confusion comes from the fact that the first academy awards had no Best Picture award in 1927 but two separate awards. 'Most Outstanding Production' was won by 'Wings' and 'Most Artistic Quality of Production' was won by Murnau's 'Sunrise - A Song of Two Humans'

I read the books and saw the movies (guilty ), and they wrecked the ending so much, by adding a fake ending where every one dies, but then it's a vision or some shit. Truly dire

Does the steelbook release boast a different ratio, then? I thought the old Sony BD looked just fine.
