I buy most of my movies from Amazon marketplace, Ebay and charity shops and hunt for the bargains as if you spend time looking you can pick discs up for silly prices. Last weekend i picked up Ladybugs, Checking Out, Drive Me Crazy and Junior High School which is a Twilight Time release as a bundle for only £8.00 delivered off ebay. Not checked my Frankenstein disc yet but will watch it sometime in the next week. I purchased it from Entertainment Store for £6.99 so hopefully should be alright. keirarts and trebor8273 like this.  |

    A really busy week for new releases, last week. Five things I wanted out the same day  . Graduation Day finally arrived yesterday. Not just earlier than the UK edition, but actually cheaper. Although I fear I may end up double dipping, not for the documentary, but because the Slasher collection from 88 Films seems off to a good start, and it's numbered.  I was tempted to import the Silent Night, Deadly Night BD, but I've heard it's little better than an upscale  . It was quite cheap on Amazon Marketplace too.

 Traded in three of the UK titles on this set so I could get this. Was not happy with the UK print of The Black Castle so this was the way to go. |

Yeah, I know. I have the Bela franchise set and for some reason did not go for this one as well. I think it was because the UK single editions were starting to come out and I thought they might release all that was on this US set. Ah well. Never mind, all is right with the world again.  |

the cabinet of dr. caligari and exorcist blu ray set turned up today. along with a huge box being delivered which had the shaw brothers movies i ordered, inside was a lot more films than i was expecting. i would say over 200, over half seen to be VCDs. here is a list of shaw brothers films. looking at them i wonder if some of them have subtitles and if some are bootleg versions.
