I've used Zavvi loads and only ever had one issue with them. As B-eye said unfortunately their customer service is quite poor.
But they are usually very quick to deliver.

Sorry mate, that Phantom Kommando looks ridiculous. I don't see how it can be called original artwork if its got the wrong title.

And I respect your opinion. Title doesn't bother me, it's not the wrong title in Germany. I didn't realise I had to mean English stuff when I talked about original artwork.
