Has it had good reviews, or have you already seen it, normally you have a rental list for stuff like that. i've never heard of it.
Complete blind buy – I know absolutely nothing about it!

I don't deny the artwork played a part in my decision to buy the DVD, but the description was more of a selling point:

When Annie Dyer (Raven Lee) moves into her glossy new London apartment, she quickly realises she is not alone.

Not only does she have to contend with the lecherous landlord Fitz (Jonathan Hansler - “Axed”, “The Devil’s Business”) and his hidden spy cameras designed to capture her most intimate moments, but the apartment is also home to a malevolent supernatural entity which takes the form of a beautiful young woman in order to seduce Annie and possess her body for its own deadly purpose.

In a spectacular climax, Fitz, paranormal investigator Evie (June Bladon - “Black Ops”) and Detective Locke (Steven Dolton - “Devil’s Tower”, “Curse Of Robert The Doll”) must confront the entity and discover the horrific truth about the apartment... and Annie Dyer.

I haven't yet bought this but it's on my list as the concept amuses me and although it looks cheap and nasty, it reminds me of years ago chatting to a mate when I got hold of a Sun Video copy of The Funhouse aka Last House on Dead End Street.
