I read The Girl Next Door, loved it (even though it was harrowing) and then watched the film on YouTube and it’s definitely watered down! :nod:

Amazon purchases, sales items, and birthday presents from very kind friends and my lovely family from the last three weeks or so. :) PHEWWW!

Moon and Hammer books, Hammer House of Horror, Demons of The Mind, Quatermass & The Pit, Journey to the Beginning of Time...were the birthday presents. I was seriously spoilt! :)

NOTLD and Blob Criterions were an Amazon deal (£11.99 each), along with Frankenstein Chronicles and the Creech set. I'm slowly collecting some of the Disney/Pixar as 3D Blus.

Virgin Witch and The Whip and the Body from the Classic Films Direct sale.

I was so pleased to see HMV return to Pompey (taking over the Mothercare store) a few weeks ago, and I picked up 2010 from the Premium Collection.

Yesterday I revisited the store and picked up six titles.
2 for £13: Evil Dead 2, Delicatessen.
2 for £15: Star Time, Carrie 2.
2 for £25: Terror Train, Straight On Til Morning (that completes all the Studio Canal Hammer titles on my shelf).

Some titles on order: Night Tide (Powerhouse), Wax Mask (Blu/CD Severin).

Arrived from 88 films

Picked up an Italian dvd (Columbia) of To Catch A Thief . Which was nice. 50p.

I have not posted what i have bought since the beginning of September so here goes.....
