Preordered this for the superb cover on BD!

It's a small German hardbox, and will sit nicely with all my other DAWN pieces.

I've ordered that one as well, only I ordered cover A. It was a choice between colours A and C but I decided not to wait for larger images to appear and just buy it and, by then, cover C had sold out.

Blockbusters has dropped the price on pre-owned/trd blu-rays, lots of them are now 6 quid each or 3 for 15.

Got legion, mirrors, expendables, goodfellas, casino, fourth kind...

I've noticed that a few of HMV exclusive Blu-Ray steelbooks are no longer available on their website.

Two such titles are Salt & Resident Evil: Afterlife. My local HMV has three copies of each in stock for £14.99 each.

I've got some Birthday money left, so I think I'll pick 'em both up tomorrow afternoon before they sell out.
;)

What's that like? I've seen it around for a good price.

I've only seen it once and really enjoyed it (it's made by the same director responsible for A Tale of Two Sisters, A Bittersweet Life and, most recently, I Saw the Devil). I felt like watching it again and then it turned up at Amazon for £5, so it's now on the pile of unwatched discs.

It has some great action set pieces, knockabout humour and brilliant characters. It's unlike Jee-woon Kim's other films as its more an action/thriller, but it's still a great watch.

Avoid*, it's cut by 5 seconds! (illegal horsefalls)

* is what most people would say but I'd still buy it. I can live without 5 not terribly important seconds.

That's exactly how I feel about the DVD/BD release. It would be great to have an uncut release, but I can easily live without horse falls.
