Strange. I have no problem seeing images using tapatalk.

J Harker 2nd August 2014 06:25 PM

Since the tapatalk app was updated I can't see any pictures and the last picture I put up b-eye said he had to edit it out because it was so big.

I'm getting a message now that the forum has disabled pictures to be uploaded via Tapatalk. I'm thinking because the app has removed the ability to choose the size of the pic when you upload it.

Looks fine JH.

Strange. I posted a pick of the RoboCop remake when I bought it the other day and apparently it was to big and had to be taken down.

Picked this up yesterday. Mainly to stream fullmoon streaming channel but there are a lot of free channels. Most are poo but some good horror ones which have a lot of obscure, classic and b movies, picture quality goes from great to poor. Now watching the creeping flesh which is DVD quality and also noticed the ghoul(peter Cushing ) and legend of the werewolf, amongst a lot of hidden "gems"

Just purchased Scanners (Criterion) from a member on another forum.:)

bdc 4th August 2014 06:29 PM

Some fun arrivals today! :woot:

First the mailman delivered this to add to my giallo dvd collection.

Killer Reserved Nine Seats, The (1974) - Camera Obscura

http://dv1.us/p1/991/224991-d0.jpg

Then I went to the post office to pick up my new Vans sneakers...so happy with these as they fit like a glove (finally my exact size!) and I got them on sale for 38 Euro each (normally 85 Euro each). I had been looking around for new Vans Sk8 Hi's (my favourite sneakers for summer) for a while but couldn't find anything decent or cheap in the shops around here. And my only remaining pair had a hole in the sole!

Btw I didn't buy them at that Polish shop that put up the vids!

VANS Sk8-HI [(TIE DYE) BROWN] - YouTube

VANS Sk8-HI [(THE BEATLES) FACES DRESS] - YouTube

Finally DHL showed up with this fun Pierre Cardin polo (on sale and which including the courier was 6 Euro!).
I had to adjust the width of the sleeves a bit (luckily I can sew) but it fits fine now. Bargain imho and I desperately need new polo shirts.

Just ordered a couple more of these cheap but fun Cardin polo shirts. ;)

I bought a Sony BDP-1200 Region A blu-ray player while in Canada. I decided to go for this model because it only requires a replacement 12V power adapter to be usable in Europe (and it cost a little under 50 quid).

I also bought the following Canadian blu-rays:

Get Carter (which is region free)
Sabotage (also region free)
Rigor Mortis (also region free)
Pawnshop Chronicles (also region free)
The Enemy
Bottle Rocket (Criterion)
Life Aquatic (Criterion)
Royal Tenembaums (Criterion)
Rushmore (Criterion)
Zero Theorem
Dark Horse
In Fear
Raid 2
Return to Nuke Em High

and that was after saying I would"t buy anything whilst on holiday.

Now that I am multi-region blu-ray its probably time to hide the credit card. There are just too many goodies available on Region A.

bdc 4th August 2014 08:44 PM

Very nice,I especially like that they're button downs.
Bet they were more than 6 Euro each though. ;)

I only wear button downs, I like this make as it has a high "3 finger collar" and is a relaunch of the label favoured by original British skinheads in the late '60s.

Sorry, J - your pic was showing massive again so had to edit it out. Must be an issue with Tapatalk somewhere.

Same here mate, haven't been able to see people pics in ages, I just can't interact now which is a shame. Only the odd random pictures work so it must be something to do with the file type

I have to go to the website to see any pictures I'm interested in. But it is annoying, never had a problem until recently.

May well be Rik, I was talking it over with our tech mod Stefan last night and it seems a lot of android users have had the same issues so until tapatalk themselves iron out bugs in the app to make it more compatible I'm just stuck without being able to put pictures up or view them with tapatoss.

Arrow's BOUND arrived today. Honestly don't why they had to put "commentary by The Wachowski's" on it. They were the Wachowski Brothers when the did it.

With all due respect, Stephen, it is transgender etiquette, and I think it's very intelligent/smart/understanding of Arrow film to note the commentary this way

Although she may have been born in a male body, Lana has always been female. A person who is transsexual KNOWS that from an early age, and it hurts to be constantly reminded that your body is wrong

It's very difficult to explain to someone who is happy with their body, but it means a great deal to us who understand!!!! I absolutely hate it when people still refer to me as 'he', or continue to call me Phillip. That is not who I am, and (deep inside) I have NEVER been

Well I'm sorry, but the commentary is by the Wachowski Brothers. That's what they were known as when they made the movie. Am I wrong? The Matrix was made by the Wachowski Brothers. If George Clooney did the same thing and changed his name to Georgina Clooney, I wouldn't start saying Georgina Clooney starred in From Dusk Till Dawn.
