My take...

. Terminator 2
. Friday the 13th Part II (scariest of the bunch, but not the most fun...)
. Friday the 13th Part IV (more fun than Part 2 and better all the rest)
. Hatchet 2
. Bride of Frankenstein
. Dawn of the Dead AND Day of the Dead (can't decide)
. Hellraiser II
. Aliens
. Tremors 2
. Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome
. Childs Play 2
. Hostel Part II
. Indiana Jones: Temple of Doom (yeah its a prequel but it came after Raiders of the Lost Ark so...)

Incidently, I have a question for everyone. What do you prefer: Casino or Goodfellas? They aren't sequels but I'm curious to know...

I love both, but I'm gonna have to go with Goodfellas

Ill go with Goodfellas also. Casino is a great film but Goodfellas just edges it for me.

I'm not a massive fan of either, but Goodfellas for me too.

That's an unusual one, as Mad Max II is generally considered the best by fans. While Thunderdome is okaaay, it goes a little bit too Spielberg for my liking. Roger Ebert was a huge fan of it though.

Personally I prefer them in order: Mad Max > Mad Max II > Mad Max : Beyond Thunderdome. And that's a big gap between II and Thunderdome.

Believe it or not, but Mad Max II is the one I like the least

It's still a very good film however and its certainly re-watchable. But I always prefered the original with its revenge theme with the bikers. And after that, I love Beyond Thunderdome. The fight in the Thunderdome itself was a masterpiece of action, as was the final chase. And of course because of the film we also have this, which just outclasses anything the likes of Beyonce, Bieber etc have come up with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSOP...7eg6Q&index=98

Yeah, while MM II is a little more action packed, the emotional wallop of the original wins hands down. It's just a better story, with far more interesting characters.

I'm curious to see what Miller does with Mad Max: Fury Road.

Having watched Quatermass 2 again tonight, I can say that it certainly qualifies here. Whilst I do enjoy the original Quatermass film, I slightly prefer the '57 sequel which ups the budget and the action, plus benefits from the fact that Kneale was allowed some creative control over his own work in this one.
