Well I certainly enjoyed it when I saw it a year or so back. It's well made and well acted, and I thought both the twist (which completely took me by surprise) and the climax were great. Liked it much better than the overrated Prom Night or My Bloody Valentine anyway...

The thing with Terror Train is there isn't any slashing. It's far too anaemic to be a slasher.

Prom Night's pretty woeful in my opinion. For the same reasons as Terror Train.

I probably wouldn't put it in my top 10 now that my addled brain has remembered April Fool's Day and Maniac Cop, but I still had a good time with it anyway.
