I purposely left off titles like Witchfinder General and Mark of the Devil as I don't think either of these are about witchcraft or the occult. In my view they're about the persecution and torture of innocent people by sadistic, woman-hating chancers purely for the sake of lining their own pockets and exploiting young women at a time when ignorance and superstition was rife.
