Really don't want to derail this thread, but I don't get the hatred for 'The Underwater Menace'. I quite enjoyed the DVD release.

Admittedly, it's never going to be included in a Top Ten Tuesday list of best 'Doctor Who' stories, but it is fun, and that is what 'Doctor Who' is all about

Even the people who made/appeared in the story do not rate it, so the fault is obviously mine (again!)

Even knowing how this effect was achieved, it is incredibly realistic

I rather like this one, and it makes for an interesting choice.

Great list.

Still haven't seen Clown. I really should pick it up. Enough members seem to enjoy it.

It's AMAZING, Dem! One of the best recent horrors - such a twisted little film.

Agree with Kyle Clown is a great film much darker than I taught it would be and the transformation effects looks great real menacing.
