You know, I just can't understand what goes through the mind of the person at Twilight Time who decides which of their titles to use the original poster art on. This is, imo, a piss poor cover.

The main issue is lack of decent masters, legal issues / rights and money. Sometimes the rights holders want ridiculous amounts for their films, which why some titles have had endless releases but others have had none.

That's a very generic answer and not specific to the question really.

Doesn't stop Code Red, Scorpion, or Raro from releasing new titles.

But maybe it's true about the films BU want to release. Just because those other companies release more films, doesn't mean BU will release anything and everything just because there's good master out there. Maybe they're just being selective & the titles they do want to release, the owners are asking silly money for.

Perhaps. But it's speculation.

I was wondering if they'd ever put out a statement on social media about their release plans or news in that respect.

If they haven't then not to worry, i was only wondering. From being incredibly prolific the well seems to have run dry.

You're welcome! It would be fantastic if they try to release What Have You Done to Solange? or The House with Laughing Windows.
