Coming from Paramount in the US on April 3rd....Roman Polanski's CHINATOWN. The press release informs us that it includes a slipcover featuring the original poster art (shown below).



My heart sank when I read this. I bet you take the slipcover off to reveal this monstrosity....

Nah, Sorry guys. I really liked the UK release. It was actually as the film should have looked in HD. Easily my best BD of 2011.

EDIT: Damn, I wasn't quite myself last night and I have no idea what this is a response to! So, just apply it as you think is appropriate.

That Chinatown poster is one of the all time classics.
As is the film.Can't wait to see Polanski's finest in hi def!

Really looking forward to WINGS. Kino really deliver the goods when it comes to the old movies. I've just bought FAREWELL TO ARMS and their BD releases of BLACK PIRATE and SHERLOCK HOLMES have been on my wishlist for a while now.
