According to Amazon, the Jeff Speakman action classic, THE PERFECT WEAPON will be released on BD on feb 14th. I'll be all over this!

Pointless trivia:

When I met Bill Lustig back in the 90s he told me how he had his name taken off the Speakman flick The Expert which he'd recently directed.

Had no idea he directed The Expert. Strange that they would credit it to another (real) person.

Is that right? No idea and I'd always assumed it was a pseudonym, so with you saying that I'd be inclined to think that it's credited to a real person because he took over once Lustig had left the project.

Pretty sure it was his penultimate film as a director with only Uncle Sam made since.
