Last week I asked Blue Underground if there was any chance of Contamination seeing a blu-ray release but they unfortunately stated no plans at present, still its great to finally see the other two recent announcements.

It was confirmed a while ago by the distributor that it will have the same master

Excellent news. I am tempted by the German release but honestly i'd never watch the alternate cuts. All I really want is the Stuart Gordon approved cut which is the best version of the film imo.

As Sam pointed out, the UK release will indeed use the source material provided by TLEFilms.

The Spanish Edition however is based on the old US master!
