watched 2 flicks last night.

Firstly Fright Night remake, now where should I get started. This was terrible!!!
Ruined the original and there was no redeeming feature in it at all.

Then I watched the Dutch horror, Sint! This was awesome! Such a cool concept and very fun! Recommended!

Gotta agree with Nekromantik - I too watched the Fright Night remake yesterday - very, very poor. David Tennant woefully underused and some of the worst CGI blood I've ever seen.

So disappointed. Love the original, had high hopes for this remake based on the trailers.

caught up with my main man Chuck Norris last night for a viewing of Missing In Action, really fun action packed flick from Cannon, Totally awesome to see the beard take on the Vietnamese army.

the trailer for fright night remake put me off so not sure why I even watched it!
such a shame that the US blu is limited with no extras and high price!

come on UK release a SE of the original!

CONAN THE BARBARIAN - Not bad as remakes go, but Jason Mamoa is no Arnie.

REIGN OF ASSASSINS - Michelle Yeoh is great in this, good fights and a simple,
but decent story.

HANGOVER 2 - Really enjoyed this, not great cinema, but turn your brain off
and it is fun.

The Thing From Another World, very good sci-fi movie, not as good as the remake but still very good and Assassination or ansatsu(1964) ,Masahiro Shinoda's poilitical - samurai film

Just seen The Thing remake.
It was ok I suppose, better then Fright Night remake but the CGI ruined it and the test they used to check if your human was laughable.
