saw this years ago,but cant remember its name!
some lawyer goes to a tower block and get harrassed by a gang of coloured youths called "the vampyres",.
it starts off in a lift and he has to survive,with the help of the other residents.
some guy is an old vietnam bloke,with a metal door.
anyone name the film?
