It's certainly one of Lynch's best Nekro, up there with Blue Velvet and Lost Highway, for me. It comes in a nifty media-book (?) style package too.

It's worth it as a blind buy if you like David Lynch's more abstract films as it is one of his best and the disc is really good with superb AV quality and the packaging is the same book style as the rest in the StudioCanal Collection. If you want to read what I think at greater length, my review is here.

That's a title I really want to get on Blu-ray as I have it on DVD but the sound is so much better in high definition. If you liked Inland Empire then Mulholland Drive is a must see.

Inland Empire is probably not the best place to start, as even though I really liked it - it's not considered one of Lynch's best films. Plus, it's also an unofficial 'sequel' (more a similar themed homage) to Mulholland Drive.

For Lynch virgins I'd suggest Twin Peaks (both the TV series and the film), Blue Velvet, or Mulholland Drive. Great places to get stuck into the great mans work!

I agree with Biz there. I started with Twin Peaks TV series, and pilot, then FWWM .. a lot of people don't like it but I found it a great insight into the series and the man's mind.
