Or maybe I'm a Shameless plant, waiting to tell you all about the fantastic rerelease of New York Ripper, with brand spanking new artwork!

The Ghastly Ones - this was my first foray into Andy Milligan and I really enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. It's a bizarre film and, to say the least, amateurishly produced but I actually found the plot quite compelling . I might pick up the BFI edition of Nightbirds on the basis of this.

Castle Freak
Finally got to watch my DVD edition of this Stuart Gordon flick.Whilst I didn't enjoy it as much as either Re-Animator or From Beyond, I thought it was pretty good.I'm not sure whether it's worth a Blu-ray upgrade as the DVD looks nice enough.I think one of the reasons I may upgrade sometime is to see the freak in even greater detail, as the make-up fx by Optic Nerve are superb. There are also some nicely atmospheric locations used, and a little bit of gore to sate the fans.

Watching the original Nosferatu, I'd forgot how ****ing awful the new score is, I'm gonna have to put it on silent and play my own music to it, whoever thought it was a good idea to add this crap to it needs shooting, probably the same idiot who did the score for the 30th Anniversary NOTLD bag of arse!

Adam chaplin,

The film was weird to say in the least, and extremely god damn awful acting couldnt be worse if they tried a terrible film with ott huomour gore, great for the gore and bloodhound.
