A title that makes little sense aptly compliments a film that also makes little sense, as Al Adamson attempts to meld a cheesy mad scientist monster movie with a crime caper, in what must be at least the fifth incarnation of his film.

Despite only recently watching the film, I am finding it very hard to describe the experience having spent most of the running time either blankly fixated on the screen with a lobotomised gleam in my eye, or staring out of the window or at various random objects in the room, patiently waiting out the film's running time.
Ah glad to see like me your a connoisseur,go on put Brain Of Blood on you know you want it.

It does seem that Adamson's films make us all want to lobotomize ourselves.

Except Ron of course.

It's where they remove all taste and rational thought and implant stem cells from Ron.

I like it in the same way as Plan 9 – cinematic ineptitude has never been so much fun!

Blood Orgy of the She-Devils (1972)

Fairly dull exploitation fare revolving around witchcraft, which starts off quite promisingly with an eerie electronic off-kilter score blended together with fractured hypnotic visuals as the credits roll by.

Unfortunately, once the film starts, the multiple story lines and plot arcs that are crammed in seem to just congeal together in a (surprisingly) blood and orgy lacking mess.

Whilst it was obvious that She-Devils had a lot of interesting ideas, it just didn't have the budget or coherence of execution to carry them through.
