Jigsaw. 2017.

Dead bodies start appearing in places over the city after meeting a gruesome death, everything seems to point to John Kramer who has been dead for 10 years.

When this first came out I must have watched a edited version I never really gave it much praise and was hesitant to watch it but gave it a second watch and enjoyed it this time round. one or two bits are a bit cringe worthy, only thing that gets to me, there is no mention from the previous film and what happened to Doctor Gordon? the traps are decent and something new with good blood gore amount, the acting may not be perfect but it is watchable.

Halloween 3: Season of the Witch

It's been a long time since I saw this one. Initially I hated it the first time I saw it but it's grown to me more and more as time has went on.

A enjoyable 80s cheese fest, a bunch of teens hold a Halloween party at a abandoned funeral home, soon a demon is unleashed and begins possession and killing the teens. Some good deaths but the film is probably remember more for Linnea Quigley beaver!

AVOID, AVOID AVOID this steaming pile of dog shit, terrible acting and direction looks like.it was shot using a handheld camera , just seems the female actors where hired for the size of the chests and near!y all get naked for no apparent reason and it just feels like really soft core , channel 4 porn. Only good thing it had some good Gore but even that couldn't save this dumpster fire of a movie, even at 1.49 feel ripped off.

Now watching

Which is the perfect antidote after that shitfest!

Spiral. 2021.

A copycat killer of Jigsaw is targeting officers at a police precinct, where two detectives try to uncover who is doing the killings.

Wasn't too keen on it when I watched this a few months...and still not keen on it now, Chris Rock in a horror film really doesn't work, Samuel L. Jackson in a horror that does work. Yeah the traps were crafted decently but not really cringe worthy and like a previous film that John Kramer said (not saying what one) some games are unwinnable. I thought Jigsaw was a weak entry but this one tops it, but hey at least they kept the original music by Charlie Clouser.

Hell Niight. 1981.

In order to get into a fraternity, 4 people have to spend the night in a house where a man killed his family and his son who witnessed the killings may still be in the house.

This is one slasher/killer movie I have always enjoyed watching, you got Linda Blair in a dress where her chest is just about saying hello, decent kills and people playing pranks on each other. I was glad this was getting a upgrade to Blu-Ray, but WTF have they done to it, seriously their costumes look brighter that basically just about hurt my eyes, the sound keeps going up and down in parts then towards the end it's like everything went back to normal like it did on DVD, why basterdise a classic movie.

Whoever messed about with this guess what
FOR A ASS KICKING

Marty and Jeff both wear red, Marty's dress was a bit darker red, but for some reason both are dark red. Seth's Robin Hood outfit was light green but its darker green, even the opening credits are a bit brighter. The colour was bearable but the sound was up and down a lot

Pretty sure that this was set before the original Saw Film therefore Doctor Gordon wouldn't be involved.
