Mine was either the Oldboy Korean Ltd Ed metal box which was about £60 or the HMV Alien Head Quadrilogy set. Think that was close to £100 but got a friend who worked there to buy it for me with a decent discount. Sold them both since though.

I have the full 8mm of Chainsaw in a cardboard box with picture and text on it, good condition and paid £45 about 6 years ago, also have the 400ft single reel cut down version and got this signed by Gunnar Hansen!

£129.99 for the "Complete Definitive Twilight Zone" box.

Although back in the laserdisc days, it was not uncommon for me to pay over £100 for each film. The Killer CAV -£125, A Chinese Ghost Story - £100, Fong Sai Yuk CAV - £100. All of these are long gone now.

Respect to you too, Tris and i'm familiar with some of your past movie reviews. Certainly interesting and informative reading.

I also own the Japanese KB 1 & 2 box sets and i reckon i must've paid roughly around £40-50 each for said releases. Purely for collectable concerns.

Don't get me started on how much my various steel tin collections have drained my bank account over the last few years. I simply couldn't recall the complete cost but it's quite a bit i know for sure!

Probably the best bargain i bagged was a while back when i snapped up the newly issued Nucleus Films Bloodbath At The House Of Death DVD for £3 in a pricing error at HMV!
