I love ABBA! But Mamma Mia is NOT ABBA. It's shite. Also, can I put the Twishite franchise and the trailer for Beautiful Creatures on the list as well?

No.

This is less about offensive films and just more of "films I think are crap" which *is* different!

Sax and the City 2 – offensive in so many ways from casual racism to gross materialism and horrific representation of women.
Daemonia, VicDakin, Pete and 1 others like this.

So you should call it Sucks in the City 2 then

Totally agree by the way, definitely offensive

I think the same applies to August Underground's Mordum, many people may feel absolutely offended by that movie, not necessarily me.

Nah. Twishite is way more masogynistic than anything else i've ever had to sit through, including Salo and In a Glass Cage.

I don't really see your argument here, and presume from your remark you have seen neither film especially "In A Glass Cage" which is about the abuse and murder of young boys.

There's absolutely nothing misogynistic in the Twilight films whatsoever. Not to everyone's taste but hardly offensive. It seems especially odd for you to say such a thing when a few weeks back you were seethingly up in arms about an anime which seemed to have genuinely offended you which seems conspicuously absent from this thread in favour of more typical anti-Twilight stuff.

A film which is genuinely misogynistic, offensive and nasty is The Hangover, a genuinely horrid piece of crap. Put that next to Twilight and feel the difference!
