Since I started getting back into collecting vinyl I have not spent anything crazy yet but that wont last long. A few years back a local store where I used to buy all my music started moving away from music and focus more on dvds and now over the past few months they have gone back the way and started stocking music again and giving less floor space to films. I was passing on my lunch today and noticed they has a vinyl section I found the prices quite high maybe its the norm for vinyl now. Examples Pink Floyd The Wall €40 Thin Lizzy Jailbreak €30.

That would be about right. As the other Dem says though, you could find a cheaper copy that would probably sound more "convincing" imo.

I was manager of a record shop when this was released, so I blagged a free copy...with the original uncensored cover!

Definitely. It's a decent album but it was the uncensored cover that made it collectible.

Finally sorting through my vinyl.

Everything is now sorted, arranged, tidied, propped up a little better, protected a little more and James' items have been removed.

Now the one issue I have is I'm sure there are records missing, I can't find my Return of the Living Dead soundtrack, I appear to have no albums by The Damned which isn't right, I think I need to go through my list and really try and locate things.

Nothing worse than albums disappearing into thin air. Only yesterday I was trying to send some soundtracks for the Labs radio station and a lot of them seem to be M.I.A

I find it heartbreaking, but I do get rather attached to my records. It's such a shame that I've had to keep them tucked away. Do you think you've completely misplaced them or that they'll turn up. I'm sure mine must be somewhere, I just need to keep on top of them!
