It's been on my stereo all week. Makes me want to check out the albums preceding it now.
From reading a few comments this seems to be a big return to form for them, implying that some of the albums leading up to it will be a tad disappointing. I'll certainly be checking some of their preceding albums out just in case though.

I've not listened to Fear Factory since the follow up to Demanufacture which the name of escapes me at the moment but that wasn't very good! I lost interest after that, you think I should give this one a go?

Obsolete? One of their best albums, in my opinion. Admittedly, I lost interest in them around the time of their follow-up Digimortal.

Check out some of the tracks Dem & I have posted above and see if they tickle your ear-drums.

I think that depends. As i said to B_E last weekend it seems a refreshing change to me as i haven't bought any of their albums since 2004. I've always liked their distinctive sound so once i'd listened to a couple off this new album on Youtube and liked them it was always going to be a purchase.

Reason - £5.99 at HMV.com made it an ideal add on item when i purchased a film under the £10 free postage threshold.

I bet we've posted a fair chunk of the album in the past week.

I didn't really like the songs they put out on the album before this one, The Industrialist but after I've had my tea and watched an episode of Angel I'll give these songs a spin
