Yeah, I always expect to take alot of beating when ever I say to someone I like Japanese Rock and the like.

I've not read it. To be honest I've been out of the music loop for roughly 10 years or so due to kids and other commitments. So, I'm always grateful for recommendations new or old. Reviews on here are certainly better than trying to figure out what the hell a band sounds like from the reviews/articles in Wire magazine which I still buy from time to time to try and keep current.

Someone mentioned in work last week that Yoko Ono busted up the Beatles and was a no good harlot etc and I came back saying I was a fan of her 1973 record Approximately Infinite Universe, and boy did I get a roasting...
