Consign to Oblivion is only their second album, the other one i have is their third record. I don't know but surely they'll have progressed as other bands have done in the 15 years since.

I was also listening to new Sirenia material from their upcoming album. I really like that. They've added an electro edge to things.

Problem is the price. I can't justify paying £15 for a single digi pack cd with nothing extra whatsoever. HMV are charging £16.

Napalm Records often seem extortionate.
Yeah Napalm is expensive, had the same issue with Visions of Atlantis and Delain, they start off high and takes ages for them to be discounted. They probably don't have a very good distro deal in the UK.

I've heard 2 of the new Epica songs and I did like them, I can't remember what they sound like though apart from that they had Simone + Growler like you say. They do seem to have ditched the dramatics though and are more of a straightforward band now.

I also want the new Moonspell which is coming at the end of Feb via Napalm.

£15.99 for the single cd and £24.99 for the cd /bonus disc.

It's a piss take.

Great White - Congo Square

Hooked (1991)

I love this song (and band). It's utterly bizarre that this excellent blues rock band were classed as 'hair metal' at the time.

Probably my favourite 'new' (20 years old...) Maiden album!

Mine too. In fact comfortably the best since Bruce rejoined. In fact i'd say it was top three of all Maiden personally.

I remember buying it as i was in San Francisco. As soon as i'd checked into the hotel i was straight down the block to Borders Books to buy it on release day.

Portable cd players were great.

If it's Brave New World, and I know Seventh Son, so what's your third? For me I think I'd say Powerslave but I have a feeling you'll say Somewhere in Time...
