Not heard Loudness or Grim Reaper in a long time. I was never keen on Steve Grimmet's voice back in the day.

There will be a Download this year. It's part of the govt's pilot scheme and will take place on June 18-20. Camping is available with a maximum capacity of 10k.

Bands will be announced tomorrow.

Could be the best Download yet with smaller acts given the chance to headline the event rather than the usual. If so it may give them the opportunity to become arena / stadium acts themselves. Something we are missing greatly of bands form this century.

The likes of Maiden, Kiss and co can't go on forever. Time for bands such as Alter Bridge, Nightwish and others to make that step.
