Agreed ! That whole record is amazing. I love the slow spacey version of Texas Radio and the Big Beat on the In Concert album.

I wanna tell you about Texas Radio and the Big Beat, comes out of the Virginia swamps cool and slow with plenty of precision, with a back beat narrow and hard to master

Tis brilliant record,I really like Soft Parade as well I don't understand why it was mauled on its release,the soft parade track is 8mins of sheer madness.

Me too, and Stone makes a point of knocking it in the film, but I love Soft Parade. I love all The Doors albums, even American Prayer. My Soft Parade LP came as a gatefold with really beautiful artwork on the inside sleeve, - it's nothing rare or anything but it's really nice...
