Looks like I need to take a peek at the extra's again!

Extras include nearly 20-minutes of additional near-hardcore scenes that were sprinkled throughout the film (from the German theatrical version, these inserts were shot by Erwin Dietrich and were not part of Joe D'Amato's original film) most of which are taken from Emanuelle's lesbian encounters and the nightmarish dinner orgy (be on the lookout for Brigitte Lahaie - bonus!)

Yeah, but last time I was gonna order from them, the shipping was pretty expensive... (almost as much as the DVDs! ). I think the exchange rate is slightly better now though, so it might not be as bad...

I just got THE best laugh of the week as I visited "schnittberichte.com" today!:

Did you know that "X Rated" marketed "Baba Yaga" (!) of all movies as "Foltergarten der Sinnlichkeit 2 (!!!!)", which would make it a "sequel" in (German) name only to "Emanuelle's Revenge" (which is known as "Foltergarten der Sinnlichkeit (roughly translated as "Torture Garden of Sensuality")" over there.)

The people who came up with those German titles for exploitation movies in the 70's and 80's were real artists with seemingly unlimited imagination; Fulci's "City of the Living Dead" is a particularly colourful example: "Ein Zombie hing am Glockenseil" ("A Zombie was hanging on the Church-Bell-Rope")

"X Rated" are doing their "best" to keep this "tradition" running with some re-namings of lesser known titles...not always the smartest move though...

That's amazing! lol

Too bad I don't speak German so have always wondered what the hell they were playing at with some of those titles. as some have digits at the end of some uber-long title! ha ha
