Some pics of my set up, done very quickly as you can see CBBC was on the TV, so very poor quality as my daughter was getting annoyed about me standing in front of the TV.........kids eh LOL..

An earlier better pic:

Samsung 59" D6900 Plasma (Calibrated within an inch of it's life LOL)
Panasonic BDT 320 Blu Ray Player
Limit (Region ABC) Blu Ray Player
LG 2.1 Home Cinema, Sub and Tall Boy Speakers.

My new set up, which some of you may have seen already in my diary section. The TV is a 60" Sony LED
Receiver is a Sony STR DN-840
BD player is Oppo 103, multi region.

Picked up some new speakers recently, all second hand from ebay.
Jamo centre speaker
Jamo surrounds
Jamo sub - all for $100, excellent condition.

Mordaunt Short fronts - $380, mint condition, still in boxes with original packaging, and still six months warranty left.

Really happy with these pick ups. I sold my old speakers and receiver on ebay, so kept the cost down even more.
Cabinets were built me, paid for materials by doing a few hours extra work in exchange.

Dude, how do you keep that black glass so dust free?? I have a stand like yours but mine looks like half the Sahara desert is lying on it 20 minutes after dusting and polishing.

To be honest we dont, we have 2 Budgies, 2 Cockatiels and 4 Finches and if anyone else has kept birds they know they create dust of their own, the photo was probably a lucky angle, normally we have dunes on there.

Yeah... I hadn't noticed that before. Obviously intentional

It is in a converted garage. We soundproofed it etc. There is a diary of the construction on AVForums but I don't know if I can post links to other forums.
