I'd be all over Ghosts of Mars, I already have Vampires but if the package is good I'd double dip for sure!

Quite a few I will pick up but not if they are going to be around the £20 listed on amazon. Unwilling to pay over £15 for a movie

Vampires to me gets worse with each viewing. I find it a bit cringe worthy nowadays.

Ghosts of Mars is just the opposite though. Gets better with each watch.

Good space Westerns are few and far between, and Ghosts of Mars is awesome. I've never understood why it catches so much flack.

I just had a thought, do Sony own the rights to any Italian gems? Is it Sony that have the UK rights to Bava's Plant of the Vampires?

well checking around Christine appears to be the same version as the cheaper German release, with only difference being the covers, both have same extras and i would say same transfer

https://www.amazon.de/Christine-Blu-...ords=christine

pH | CHRISTINE - DFE

but when you add postage i cant see their being to much difference in price

I have the German one, and it has the same extra's BUT it doesn't have the original Stereo soundtrack and it doesn't have the isolated score, all of the extras and menus are in English and the soundtrack is 5.1 DTS Master Audio.

I'll only get this new version if it's on offer to be honest.

I hear what you say but as far as support goes i'm sure they'd be happy either way. Companies need to shift their product via retailers as much as they would like to do via their own webstore.
