I do know this - if a suicide or murder happens in a house or apartment, the value plummets. Even with that value gone, it is next to impossible for a real-estate agent to sell it to another prospective homeowner. So they usually offload it to a construction company, who will tear it down and build modern housing instead. | So sad when ppl feel need to commit suicide, or ppl get murdered, that's the difference over here in the uk chances are if someone does commit suicide or murders someone a lot of ppl don't care and would still buy it, that's why when ppl like fred west happens council / government or who ever knock down the building to stop ghouls from buying it. My friend a professional painter and decorated in this area, and a flat above a shop a women got murdered, he got life because they never found her body, they recon he cut her into bits in the bath and disposed of her body on bin day, so when that happened they got him in to completely give it a new make over and withing days of him finishing it it was rented out, Strange how different cultures act.
