As newly commissioned artwork goes Carlitos Way doesn't look bad but I'd much prefer the original artwork be on the outside of these rigid slipcase releases. Put the alternative on the amaray sleeve if you like.

I think it's inspired by the Escape to Paradise poster in the train station.

Did you remember that yourself or has it been mentioned elsewhere?

Well done if you did.

I love the film but seeing as it's a few years since i last watched it i'd never have remembered a poster on a tube station wall.

It's one of the first things I thought of when you mentioned Carlito's Way and palm trees.

Carlito's Way is a brilliant film, possibly Brian De Palma's best, and one I now feel like watching again shortly.

The first thing i always think of is the immortal line "Benny Blanco from the Bronx".

Favourite De Palma film?

Either The Untouchables or Mission Impossible. Carlito's Way would be third for me. All three are brilliant though.

That Psycho box set looks nice. Other than the artwork of course which is usual lousy Arrow.



There's also a Blu-ray box set as well.

Psycho 4 is a TV movie isn't it? Not sure what that would benefit from a 4k HDR release.
