Announcement from Odeon:

Quote:
I'm pleased to say that we are currently undergoing a Group re-branding over the next four months. The catalyst for this is that 2014/5 has seen many great things happening to us as a group with more opportunities opening up for international film distribution, productions, theatrical releases, HD remastering, Blu-ray, DVD and Digital releases. We’ve had several successful theatrical releases as ‘cinema events’ this year, and are keen to do other special screenings to showcase wonderful masters such as the new Dr Terror’s House of Horrors. As more cinema releases would cause confusion with the Odeon Cinema brand we’ve decided to bring all our companies, Odeon Entertainment , OIL Licensing, A2B Media and OEG Classic Movies underneath the collective banner of Screenbound Entertainment Group with Screenbound Pictures being the publishing label, Screenbound Releasing being the theatrical distributor, Screenbound Productions being the content production company and Screenbound International Pictures being our international sales and distribution arm. All the existing film titles remain with us of course and will be rebranded as new releases come out or are re-pressed, and we will gradually be revealing parts of the new branding in the build up to Christmas, as well as more exciting news to follow in December for all horror fans!

Despite already owning the Scorpion release I'll be getting this one too after doing a little reading about it - it sounds like a great package.

Update regarding the Dr. Terror SB for those who ordered from Amazon:

Quote:
From FB, 5th November:

Dr Terror Steelbook and Amazon. Some of you that have ordered this through Amazon are unlikely to receive your orders for release date. Amazon cancelled their large new release order inadvertently and I have contacted them several times to point this out without success. Sadly there are few humans at Amazon to get hold of these days, in contrast to other retailers and etailers who have been calling us constantly to reserve more stock due to demand. I have told Amazon that we are reserving stock for them until next week when we will have to release it to other retailers as it goes on general sale on Monday. For those of you who have pre-ordered through Amazon and don't receive a shipping notice by Monday, please email them and perhaps someone there will realise they have a lot of orders to fulfill.

Then from the 6th November:

Amazon have just ordered a huge order today to fulfill their pre-orders. I don't think there is much more stock left (250ish) at our Sony warehouse, so almost a sell-out before it is released. Cheers everyone!! A standard Blu-ray and DVD will probably release in Spring next year.
So if you want the steelbook then it's probably best to get it ordered now!

Sounds about right for amazon. My seller account is still locked down due to not getting enough feedback. It all seems to be automated. If the whole Amazon success goes up in smoke this will be the reason mark my words.

This is one 70s Brit horror I've never seen. It's been on the telly a few times but I've never managed to catch it. I'll no doubt pick up the Odeon Blu.
