A 4K of the uncut is not presently possible as the existing elements of the cut footage are not up to scratch.

I believe Michael Brooke has explained this many times in the past.

...unless of course better material has since been found, but I've not heard anything!

A blu ray of all the available footage would suffice surely...

Surely this would be better than watching a censored version....
And not everyone reads everything Michael posts....

It always seems a bit of a conundrum for disc producers to do this or to just include them as deleted scenes because if the footage is really bad it can throw you out of the movie. However, I see no reason for LE releases to include with and without inserted footage versions, even if it's just to get a sense of what the Director intended.

PS Aww don't hurt Michael's feelings, not that many people from the 'industry' bother to turn up with any explanations :lol:
