That's not good mate - I don't think that's happened to anyone else, so the programme is probably not responding. If I were you I'd probably restart the computer and then delete those two programmes - maybe they're not compatible with your computer? I dunno. Then try the HTML download - that's much more easier. In fact I'd recommend that one more -a lot quicker.

Sorry about that dude!

That's ok mate not your fault.

I restarted the laptop so that got rid of the books off the screen.

I'll now go and remove the programs.

Damn this windows 7, it's supposed to be better, I found vista so much easier.

Good to hear that those books are gone. Technology can be a real pain sometimes! Try the other way mate, that should work without a problem

Just tried the other way, downloaded the program, went to download the book and it says the file is corrupted.

Maybe they haven't set it up for windows 7 properly.

Mmm perhaps. But for the second way you only need to download the one thing - Download Competition Gamebook.html from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way - no need for the books or whatever - it SHOULD open using the internet.

Sorry about that - if it doesn't work, I can't think of another way of doing it :confused

So it's sunday and it's time to announce us some winners. I've put everyone's name who successfully completed the gamebook (and PMed me the password given, as explained in the story) in to the trilby hat. So, good luck everyone...

In place we have....Bitchslicer!!! Congratulations!

place goes to......The Blob! Horray!!!

and finally, but by no means least, in place is...Aurora75!! Woohooo!

Well done to all three of you

New competition will be up very shortly - and it's another great film!

Kyle
