Bought mine in-store at HMV (Bristol Broadmead) on Friday.

Quite enjoyed it, although the picture seemed a little soft to me (must point out that there is a warning at the beginning of the film pointing out that in order to provide the best cut of the film that they can the Shameless boys have had to use the elements available to them).

Its making my DVD shelves untidy though - but I guess its only another week to wait until the spines make sense again.

Well, Ratman was worth the wait! It is a nice slice of Euro Trash and weirdness. I do wonder how such a cast and crew ended up working on a piece of poo like this. Vincenzo Tommasi especially, he's a master editor. All round entertainment and the picture isn't too bad, the audio is rather hissy and it's usual gang of voice artists providing the dubbing.

Not that i'm claiming to be a good writer, but my review for Ratman is now on line, at the following places:-

http://www.helium.com/items/982410-r...meless-release

http://dvd.ciao.co.uk/Ratman_DVD__Review_5753293

http://members.dooyoo.co.uk/movie-dv...n-dvd/1083822/

Not quite as complimentary as the reviews I have written for your other stuff, simply down to the fact that the film in my opinion is shit; but I show plenty of support for the work you guys do. Key thing being is that for a week from Friday onwards they will come in at the first 5 spots on Google if anyone searches for Ratman and Shamelss or Ratman and indicates that its a movie(not sure why but they always do (ones is already in 3rd)/ they also normally get about 9000 reads between them in the first week or at least visits) and all have links through to sites the DVD can be bought from, so hopefully at least one person will stumble upon them and make a purchase. Speaking of which I've linked them through stumbleupon, Delicious, and Digg so you'll get random hits on them too.

Looking forward to the 14th guys, I'm sure i'll be putting my heart and soul into that.

Keep up the great work

PS the top link is aimed at the US market (but is global) where as the last to are UK versions of sites, so will probably only be accessed by UK buyers. I'll be dragging the review across to another couple of sites too as soon asthe product is listed
