Good news on the extras but don't think much of the cover.

Whats with the all black and white except the Daleks blue balls?

Maybe it's very cold on that planet.;)
Surprised their plungers haven't shrivelled up as well.:skull:

At least it's reversible so will match the others.

Maybe it's all in the wording, but it seems strange that there is a listing for a 'Making Of...' documentary about the actual 1966 production, but not a 'Making Of...' documentary about the animation

Is it too much to think that this is still a smokescreen, and the release will actually contain the rediscovered live action story?

There's test footage of the animation. What more do you need? It is when all's said and done just people using computer programmes.

Peter Jackson could make a documentary about making a film using a computer program last for a couple of hours!

He could but i wouldn't watch it. Just like he made three Hobbit films that lasted four hours each, i didn't watch those either.

They should have just gone with Daleks on the cover.

Even at his best Troughton's a bit boring looks wise compared to the Bakers, Pertwee etc.

The artist is Colin Howard, who has a long standing history with Doctor Who, designing many of the covers for the original VHS releases, the missing adventures and features for Marvel comics
